What is booked
A private experience on board the llaüt “Querida Lolita” with skipper. Depending on the chosen modality(day, afternoon, sunset, full day) duration and price shown on the booking page apply. Skipper and fuel are included in the price.
How to book
The online booking is done through the form (WP Amelia/WooCommerce).
To confirm a deposit of 50% of the price of the experience is requested, paid through Redsys (secure payment gateway). The rest is paid on the day of departure.
You will receive a confirmation email with the boarding point (Port of Sant Antoni) and time.
Age and capacity
The service is aimed at people over 18 years old. Maximum capacity: 5 passengers + skipper. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Punctuality
We ask you to arrive 15 minutes in advance. Unjustified delay may be deducted from the sailing time without refund.
Changes and cancellations by the customer
Cancellation with ≥ 48 h in advance: 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation with < 48 h: 60% of the reserved amount will be refunded.
Date/time changes are subject to availability.

Weather cancellations
If the skipper determines that it is not safe to go out (e.g., wind > 12 knots, swell > 40 cm or rain), reschedule to another date; if not possible, 100% of the signal is returned. The decision is up to the skipper.
Conduct on board and safety
The skipper’s instructions are mandatory. It is forbidden to take illegal substances or dangerous material on board. Ibiza Sailing Cutter may cancel the activity without refund in case of reckless behavior, drunkenness or non-compliance with safety rules.
Force majeure
In case of force majeure (breakdown, port closure, etc.), a new date will be proposed or the amounts paid for the service not provided will be refunded.
Prices and taxes
Prices shown include skipper and fuel. Taxes (VAT) will be detailed in the purchase process.
Invoicing
If you wish to receive an invoice, please provide us with your fiscal information when confirming your reservation.
Responsibility
Ibiza Sailing Cutter maintains the boat with the required insurance(s) and revisions. The client agrees to follow the safety instructions to avoid personal or material damages.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law. Except for mandatory consumer regulations, jurisdiction of Eivissa.
